Erie County:

Director of Quality Management & Compliance Officer

This full-time position requires the successful candidate to lead all aspects of Agency’s compliance plan and process as well as provide training and guidance to all agency staff on compliance matters. The individual with also oversee all quality management initiatives and processes including monitoring of quality management plans. Additionally, the person will develop, implement and administer management reports to the Board of Directors and Senior Leadership. Other duties include but are not limited to: Collaboration with internal staff to ensure compliance with Agency quality standards; ability to effectively deal with people during stressful situations; ability to maintain an impartial and objective position when conducting investigations and making required assessments. This position reports directly to the Executive Director.

Educational requirements: Bachelor’s degree.

Experience: Minimum qualifications: minimum of three (3) years of experience working in a compliance-related and/or quality management role; experience EMR.

Preferred qualifications: Minimum of three (3) years of experience working as a Compliance Officer and/or a Quality Manager in human services or health care field; experienced/certified investigator.

Additional requirements:

  • Full-time/salary exempt position.
  • Current Act 33/34 and Cogent FBI fingerprinting clearances required.
  • Ability to work with children and their families in an empathetic manner.

Therapeutic Staff Support needed in Erie, Crawford and Warren Counties
Per diem position(s) to support children/adolescents and their families receiving wraparound services. Act 33/34 clearance required before employment can start.

Provides support to children/adolescents and their families. Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Sociology, Education, Criminal Justice or similar human services field (no experience); OR

2. Bachelor's degree in any other field or RN with one year full-time paid experience involving direct contact with children/adolescents; OR

3. Associate's degree (or sixty credits towards a Bachelor's degree) with the equivalent of one year full-time paid work experience as a TSS Aide; OR

4. Associate's degree (or sixty credits towards a Bachelor's degree) or LPN with the equivalent of at least three years of full-time paid experience involving direct contact with children/adolescents.

Crawford County:

Care Coordinator Full-Time
Provide a wide range of administrative and hands-on support for the Achievement Center, Crawford County. Responsibilities include transcription, maintaining clinical records, receptionist/general office duties; must be willing/able to work directly with children; ability to fill in as an assistant site supervisor and/or therapeutic aide when needed; must be flexible, organized & positive.

Minimum requirements: Associates Degree or 60 credits towards a BA/BS degree with 1 yr exp. in office setting; Preferred qualifications: BA/BS degree, min.1 yrs. exp. in office setting, supervisory experience a plus. Must have excellent customer service & computer skills, typing accuracy 60 + wpm; experience with EMR. New Act 33/34 & FBI clearances required at hire.

Warren County:

Behavioral Specialist Consultant
Designs/directs the implementation of behavior modification intervention plan in the school, home or community setting. Must possess a MA/MS degree in a mental health field with documented training in field of behavior modification techniques. Min. 2 yrs. Exp. required. ABA Board Certification and Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License preferred.

Mobile Therapist
Provide mobile therapy to children/adolescents and their families. MA/MS degree: Social Work, Psychology or recognized clinical discipline. Min.1 yr exp. direct care working with children.

Therapeutic Staff Support
Per Diem Therapeutic Staff Support (TSS) supporting children/families receiving Behavioral Health Rehabilitative Services (BHRS) in Warren/Forest Counties. $13.60 per hr direct time/$8.60 per hr non-direct time, mileage reimbursement, 403(b).
