Month of the Young Child event in Warren on Saturday, April 10th. The 5th Annual Children\'s Fun Fair is from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. at the Jefferson DeFrees Family Center. The Achievement Center and other agencies will be offering hands-on activities and giveaways for young children.
