Achievement Center Satellite Office Receives Licensure
The Achievement Center is proud to announce that they have received licensure to provide Children’s Mental Health Outpatient Services at one of their new facilities in the Professional Building, at 1611 Peach Street, Erie.
Annual Campaign for Children Kicks Off
The Achievement Center is proud to announce the kickoff of their 85th Annual Campaign for Children. This year’s Annual Campaign theme is: “Magical Things are Happening at the Achievement Center.”
National Autism Awareness Month
April is National Autism Awareness Month and the Achievement Center is presenting a series of workshops to provide families, caregivers and professionals with a month long series of activities to support autism awareness.
A Touching Exhibit
The Achievement Center unveiled a new Children's Tactile Interactive Exhibit, which they have donated as a permanent exhibit to the expERIEnce Children's Museum, on Saturday, March 28, 2009, at 11 a.m.
Bike and Ride
The Achievement Center’s Recreation Therapy Department offers an annual Bike Riding Program for children, ages 7 and up, yearly in the summer. The program is geared to children who are currently able to ride a bike with training wheels but are having difficulty learning to ride without them.
18th Annual Erie Trivia Night
The 18th Annual Erie Trivia Night was full of fun, food and laughter. Over 300 community members joined the Achievement Center on Thursday, February 23, 2009, to support the agency’s Physical Rehabilitation Program.
