86th Annual Campaign for Children

Mar 29, 2010 | Posted in News

The Achievement Center proudly announced the kickoff of the 86th Annual Campaign for Children, at a press conference this past Friday. This year’s campaign theme: Every Child Has a Song to Share helps to emphasize our mission to “maximize the potential of children.”

The Buzzanco Family, ambassadors to the 2010 Annual Campaign for Children, shared their daughter Silvia’s song. The Buzzanco’s said, “It is very important to us as parents of a child with special needs to know that there is an organization that has provided programs which have helped our daughter develop social skills and self-confidence. The Achievement Center needs the community’s support. We want to help promote the future of this organization by encouraging others to support the Achievement Center with this year’s 86th Annual Campaign for Children.”

At the Achievement Center, we listen to each note and believe in each child’s song. Each year the Achievement Center hosts a campaign to raise awareness about our services and seek support for the growing programs at our agency. We provide therapeutic services to children, from birth to 21, with physical disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, developmental delays, ADHD and emotional/behavioral problems in Erie, Crawford, Forest, Warren, PA, and Chautauqua, NY.

Proceeds from the Annual Campaign will help make a difference in the lives of children and their families.
