In The News

Mary McIntosh, L.C.S.W., B.C.B.A., Director of ADHD Bridges, was interviewed last week on WICU TV-12 during the evening news about this year’s Summer Treatment Program (STP). Mary shared with the viewers how important and beneficial it is to the children, with ADHD or similar disorders, and their families to have this summer resource. The Achievement Center’s STP program uses a combination of behavior modification techniques, recreation, art, and parent education based on the model developed by Dr. William Pelham (SUNY Buffalo). The ultimate goal is to help each individual child learn coping skills to succeed at home, in school, and in the community.

There are still openings for children to attend in Crawford and Erie counties. For more information, please contact Mary McIntosh at MaryMcIntosh@AchievementCtr.org or (814) 464-0930.
