Becoming a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) at the Achievement Center of LECOM Health (ACLH) can be the next step in your behavioral health career, a start to something new, or the perfect part-time position.

Requirements:

Have a high school diploma or the equivalent of a high school diploma and be willing to complete a 40-hour training in the content area of Applied Behavior Analysis;
OR
Have a certification as a BCaBA, RBT, or BCAT;
OR
Have an employment history demonstrating a minimum of 2 years of past BHT experience.

Incentive Pay

For clinical, billable staff which is 1 ½ times the staff’s base hourly rate of pay once annual productivity expectation has been met.

Roughly 75% of current employees earn incentive- those who do, see an incentive payment of $1,000-$10,000 annually.

Home Host

Medical and dental benefits are provided through Highmark High Performance Blue PPO and BAI Benefit Administrators, Inc. PPO, respectively, with an available prescription drug program. Each plan includes a “Home Host” option—using LECOM Health facilities can significantly reduce or eliminate most co-pays and out-of-pocket costs. Monthly medical premiums are $55 (employee), $210 (employee + spouse/children), and $270 (family). Dental coverage is $10 (employee) and $27.20 (family).

Certification and professional development opportunities, $200 annual credit towards licensure CEU’s or licensure renewal and dedicated training budget.
