Meet Kelly

Kelly English is the Director of Blended Case Management with ACLH.

Kelly spent 12 years as a Blended Case Manager before stepping into leadership, and she brings every bit of that lived experience into how she leads today.

She joined the Achievement Center of LECOM Health for its reputation—but she’s stayed because of the team, the culture, and the chance to support people doing truly meaningful work.

Kelly knows the demands of the role because she’s been there—navigating challenging systems, celebrating family breakthroughs, and yes, answering the on-call phone. These days, she’s guiding others through the same journey—with wisdom, perspective, and a whole lot of heart.

And when she’s not supporting her team? She’s tending to her backyard chickens or playfully trying to hide her work phone from her husband (he says the work phone ringtone needs to go—she’s not convinced).

Leadership with heart, humor, and lived experience. That’s Kelly.
