ACLH is fortunate to be a part of the LECOM Health system, which enables us to provide our employees with Home Host medical care (with little cost or no co-pay options) in addition to our medical, dental and vision insurance packages. You are able to stick with your regular medical care provider, if you so desire, but discounted costs/co-pays are available when you get care in the LECOM Health system.

Full Time Employees
We have three types of time off 1) PTO (previously referred to as floating holidays) 2) Vacation and 3) Sick time. We encourage staff to utilize their time as needed and desired.
Accruals for PTO are awarded annually. Vacation and sick time accruals are generous and dependent upon hours worked per week and are distributed the first of every month.
Part-Time Employees
ACLH appreciates the hard-work and dedication of our part-time team members. We are fortunate to be able to offer vacation time to employees working an average of 15 hours a week, over a 6-month period. Vacation accruals are based upon average hours worked and are distributed semi-annually in January and July.
Absolutely! ACLH and our partnering LECOM Health system affiliates offer a wide variety of career pathways and advancement opportunities throughout an employee’s tenure. Our agency and health system are deeply invested in developing our team members, leveraging their strengths and passions, and aligning their skills with organizational needs.
Employees have opportunities to identify their career goals and work toward their professional goals in collaboration with their department supervisor during performance reviews and monthly support meetings. We regularly promote from within and prioritize internal candidates for open and/or new positions.
ACLH also offers free supervision toward licensure and provides training and Continuing Education stipends for full-time employees to develop their skills and expertise as well as maintain their credentials and professional licenses.
As a health system, ACLH and partnering LECOM Health affiliates maintain partnerships with many local higher education institutions and have established pathways for students and employees to advance their career through practicum and internship experiences year around.
Mentors, job shadowing, informational interviews, and presentation experiences are also available to support employees through career development an advancement.

ACLH also invests $200 a year to clinicians for licensure CEU or to renew their license.
Yes! We are committed to seeing our employees grow and succeed. ACLH maintains a complement of Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC) and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) who provide mentorship and licensure supervision to those on track for licensure.
Our team provides individual and group supervision as well as other direct field observational requirements pending the license or certification parameters. We offer documentation and record keeping resources to maintain files of supervision hours and experience.

Our dress code at ACLH is business casual. Employees who provide clinical services in the community are expected to follow the dress code defined by the entity in which they are working.
On Fridays, for employees working primarily in the office, we do promote casual wear. Jeans, t-shirts, hoodies, etc. are welcomed to close out the work week.
Be aware – we are known to also celebrate some themed apparel days for those who are willing to get in on the fun!
ACLH is a nonprofit behavioral health entity that meets many federal employer requirements that support loan forgiveness and/or repayment options.

Applications and resumes are reviewed by our hire managers. Interviews are completed in-person or via Teams or Zoom.
If selected for the position, an HR representative will contact you to review the formal job offer, which will include salary, medical benefits, time off benefits, etc. If you accept, you will be provided with an onboarding link to complete necessary new hire paperwork.
All new employees are required to provide PA State Criminal Clearance (Act 33), Child Abuse Clearance (Act 34) and FBI Clearance within 45 days of hire. All new employees must also complete an Attestation Form prior to hire which affirms in writing that they have not been convicted of an offense against a child.
In compliance with federal law, all employees must be fully vaccinated against the COVID-19 virus. Applicants will need to provide proof of vaccination or those seeking exemption due to a medical condition supported by medical documentation or a sincerely held religious belief may submit a request for exemption from the COVID-19 vaccine to Human Resources prior to hire.
Yes. You may choose to supplement your impact and income by choosing to work in more than one role as we do offer several Additional Pay positions to our employees. These positions are dependent on the needs of our programs and require approval from your supervisor and HR.
