I chose to be here because the agency was able to assist me with loved ones at a difficult time. I will be eternally grateful for the compassion, understanding, guidance, and the level of care that was provided. It was at that time I knew I wanted to be part of the team.
After taking a 10-year hiatus from the mental health field, I decided to jump back in and chose the Achievement Center of LECOM because of the overwhelming acceptance and support I received during my interview. The managers and supervisors went above and beyond to make this transition as smooth as possible with their flexibility and understanding. The training has been amazing, and the work cultural is refreshing and energizing. It’s been a long time since I’ve felt valued as a person and a professional!

I have been in the MH field a long time and have worked at a few different agencies. What sets the AC apart from those agencies is that they care and appreciate their staff. . Also, when I am out in the community and in conversations, I tell people where I work, they tell me all the positive experiences they have had with AC serving their family and that makes me proud to be a part of this agency.
I came to the Achievement Center of LECOM Health five years ago in search of an agency whose mission and values aligned with my own in hopes of finding a workplace where I could call ‘home.’ My hopes and expectations have consistently been exceeded.
