Remember being a child when you first conquered something new? Riding a bike. Kicking a soccer ball. Overcoming your fears to ‘giddy up’ on a horse. It’s time to achieve again.
Working with children and adolescents as they take on life’s difficulties and helping them and their families to better handle barriers and behaviors is what we do. And when you’re doing it, too, it’s like you’re right back in those moments where you found meaning and made a difference in your own life.
Whether you’ve been working with children regularly or you’ve been out of the game for a while, it’s just like riding a bike – or a horse – once you start doing it again, it’s natural.
We welcome you with open arms and get you ready to achieve – after all, it’s in our name! Our thorough orientation process will set you up for success, and your 1:1 time with your supervisor will create a healthy work relationship. Oh, and we can’t forget our Employee Appreciation Team who works tirelessly to ensure everyone has a chance to come together and connect through meals, events, and plenty of fun.
We see you! When you’re out there doing your thing and we appreciate it! With our Employee of the Month Program, Career Advancement Tracks, Clinical Certification and Professional Training Opportunities, Program Training Budgets, and more, you’re never just doing the ‘same old, same old’ – when you’re putting in the work, we believe in doing our part, too.
