Employee Celebrating 30 Years at Achievement Center of LECOM Health!

Join us in congratulating Ada Strasser for 30 years at the Achievement Center of LECOM Health!

Ada began working at the Achievement Center of LECOM Health as a bachelor level Social Worker in the Physical Rehabilitation Program in 1988. Ada then joined the Family Based Mental Health Program as a FBMH Worker in 1994. Upon completing the FBMH Comprehensive Training Program and passing the certification exam, Ada became a Certified FBMH Worker.

Ada has had a number of team partners over the years, and all have learned tremendous skills from her. Ada is annually a top performer, and guides each family she serves in reaching their goals. Ada always receives high praise from her FBMH families for her collaborative skills, her positive attitude, her strength-based approach, and the constant encouragement she gives families. Ada helps her families reach positive results.

Ada has volunteered for every nearly event the Achievement Center of LECOM Health has had over the years (Trail of Treats, Health Fairs, Over the Edge, etc.), showing her commitment to the agency. Also, Ada makes some of the best brownies and sausage roll you’ve ever had. Ada is a team player who always has time to support and mentor her co-workers. Ada is so valued and respected at the Achievement Center of LECOM Health, with her heart-felt joy and compassion for humanity.

Thank you, Ada, and congratulations on your milestone year!
